She finally gets to talking about how some people are afraid to talk in their native tongue. She talks about how she only saw a few bilingual movies and books. In this article Jake Baldwin is pointing out the difference between the way that the blacks and the whites used to talk. In the beginning he does talk about other languages but his main focus of the article is the difference between a black mans speech and a white mans speech. He talks about how blacks used to use Jazz as a sexual term and then the whites turned it into the Jazz Age. He gives other examples of words used by black that were changed into something totally different by the whites. He ends his article with talking about how white kids never wanted black kids in school and how a child cannot be taught by someone who despises him.
